This Privacy Policy explains how Block Strata ("Block Strata", "we", "our", or the "App") handles information when you use our iOS game. Block Strata is designed to work fully offline without creating an account.
We do not require registration, login, or a user account. The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or other personal identifiers through gameplay.
The App does not transmit gameplay data to our servers. We do not operate cloud saves tied to your identity in this version of the App.
If you contact us voluntarily by email, we receive only the information you choose to include in your message.
Because The App does not collect personal data for accounts, advertising, or analytics, there is no profiling, advertising personalization, or cross-app tracking performed by us.
Email messages you send to support are used only to respond to your request.
Local gameplay progress is used solely on your device to restore your expedition, museum collection, and settings.
The App stores game progress locally on your device, including:
This information remains on your device unless you delete the App or reset your device. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored game data from that device.
We include a schemaVersion in saved data so future App updates can migrate your progress safely.
Current version: The App does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, social login SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or cloud identity providers.
This release contains no in-app purchases and does not use StoreKit, App Tracking Transparency, or advertising identifiers.
If we add optional online services in a future update, we will update this policy before those features ship.
Block Strata is intended for users 13 years of age and older. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not submitted in Apple's Kids Category.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The App does not require an account and does not request contact details during gameplay.
If you believe a person under 13 has provided personal information to us through support email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App does not request access to the camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, motion sensors, or precise location. It does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
No sensitive iOS permission prompts are shown during normal gameplay.
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features, change data practices, or respond to legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, when appropriate, presenting a notice inside the App.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the App and delete it from your device.
